About the Role
This is more than a typical front desk job. You’ll be the first person clients see when they walk in and the one who helps their visit go smoothly from start to finish.
Your role is to:
- Help clients feel welcome
- Help them book and return
- Help keep the day organized and running well
When these things are done well, everything else falls into place.
What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming & Helping Clients
- Greet clients and help them feel comfortable
- Answer questions in a friendly, clear way
- Support a smooth and positive visit
Booking & Scheduling
- Answer calls and texts
- Help clients choose and book services
- Manage the daily schedule
Keeping the Day Running Smoothly
- Help the team stay on time
- Fill open time slots when possible
- Use the waitlist to bring clients in
Checkout & Rebooking
- Check clients in and out
- Handle payments
- Offer to book their next visit
Supporting the Team
- Keep the front desk clean and organized
- Help with small tasks that keep things flowing
- Communicate clearly with the team
Sharing Services & Promotions
- Let clients know about current promotions
- Suggest add-ons when it fits their needs
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means:
- Clients feel welcomed and taken care of
- The schedule stays full and organized
- Clients come back regularly

- Appointments booked
